1.
Stakich, Inc investigates, thoroughly researches and
pays particular attention to procuring only the finest,
purest organic and wildcrafted (hand picked where they
grow wild) herbs available.
2. The same day the herbs arrive, they are set into
distilled water and pure alcohol which is derived from
organic grain (the highest quality alcohol available).
It is important to note that there is a precise balance
of water and alcohol to appropriately draw and maintain
an herb's active materials. The balance varies
from herb to herb. The exact proportion of water
to alcohol brings about the perfect final product -
perfectly balanced in its active properties as nature
has provided.
3. Heat is never applied to the herbs in any
manufacturing step because heat can destroy enzymes and
important active components.
4. Each herb is worked with individually and has its own
barrels and containers. Each herb also has its own
daily maintenance procedures that vary from herb to herb
to ensure the consistency, potency and purity.
5. One herbal extract can take anywhere from three to
six weeks to reach its full potency. Each herb
extract is carefully monitored each day throughout this
process.
6. Once an herbal extract reaches its full potency, it
goes through high pressure extraction, then goes through
a series of filtering stages. Final filtration of
the herbal extract occurs through unbleached linen or
paper filters.
7. The filtered herbal extracts are then sent to the
bottling room to be bottled and labeled, using
individual batch numbers to further ensure our quality
control.
8. The finished product is then shelved and ready for
your order.
