Ginseng is an aromatic herb with a perennial short underground stem associated with a fleshy white rot and a simple aerial stem bearing from one to six leaves with or without flowering peduncle. 

Ginseng is recommended for the following uses:
Stimulant - for exhaustion from overwork, tiredness, insomnia.
Tonic - a long term restorative, in convalescence from disease.
Anti stress - in coping with stress and strains of life.

Recommended Dosage: 10 to 40 dps 3 times per day.
