Also, all the original enzymes, vitamins, carbohydrates and other nutrients, which would otherwise get destroyed by heat, are preserved. At the same time the Raw Honey's natural delicious taste and pleasant flavor are kept intact. Since we do not run it through filter it also contains small amount of bee pollen.
