Order Processing
Orders placed on our web site are completely secure. Once you've
filled our online order form and sent it off to us, the order is
first confirmed and then securely transmitted to us. We check for
product availability, enter your order, confirm your credit card,
and send you another e-mail indicating that the order has been
entered. Our goal is to have all orders entered no later than 24
hours after receiving them, but we'll often enter order within

International Orders
International orders are sent by either the Federal Express or the
US Postal Services Airmail. Delivery times range from 4 - 8
business days depending upon your location.
Funds must be drawn on an US financial institution and are to be
in US dollars. International customers who wish to prepay the
order can do so by mailing us an International Money Order, Postal
Money Order or a cheque drawn on an US bank.

Domestic orders are sent by the UPS. Delivery time ranges from 2-4
business days depending upon your location.
International orders are sent by either the Federal Express or the
US Postal Services Airmail. Delivery times range from 5-8 business
days depending upon your location.
