Recommended Dosage: 10 to 40 drops 3 times per day.

Medicinal Use*: Used as a circulatory tonic and anti-inflammatory agent for a wide range of vascular problems. Also used to increase circulation to the limbs and acts to reduce the incidence of post-surgical thrombosis or blood clotting. Due to its mild diuretic action, it is also employed to reduce swelling of the legs, and is believed useful in the treatment of varicose veins and phlebitis. Applied as a topical ointment, Butcher's Broom is also used to ease the swelling and pains of arthritis and rheumatism.
